The Business Support Administrator in our Contact Advice and Assessment Service is a very busy role working alongside four others to support a front line social work team that carries out statutory social work tasks and court directed work for children and young people in West Berkshire. On a typical day you will be answering telephone calls from families and professionals, inputting accurate information on to a database, processing email requests, producing letters and organising meetings.
Taking minutes of meetings that can be sensitive and complex is a large part of the role and the successful applicant will have previous minuting experience, fast typing speeds and excellent attention to detail.
The successful applicant will be joining a committed, knowledgeable and supportive team who are passionate about the work they do.
