HR & OD Manager

CDS is a small Housing Association which exists to provide, support and promote co-op and community-led housing solutions. We want to make co-op and community-led housing a mainstream option and to see more people living and working in co-operative ways.
As HR & OD Manager, you will have current experience in Employee relations and will lead on our Learning & Development agenda. You will lead on a number of great initiatives to make CDS a place people really love to work!

This role is available on a part-time basis of 21 hrs or 3 days per week.
In return, we offer a salary of c40k p.a. pro-rata, a contributory pension scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, health cash plan and an employee perk system.
