Health Improvement Lead - Health Care Partnerships

Job Title: Health Improvement Lead, Health Care Partnerships

Location: Hertford

Salary Range: £43,857 pa progressing to £46,845 pa

Hours: 37 per week

Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term/Secondment


This is a strategic role to improve population health outcomes across the life course by leading on the development of a whole system approach for providing contraception in Primary Care settings. 

This role will include working on multiple projects simultaneously, so you’ll be familiar with project management principles as well as confident to engage with a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills as you’ll be writing reports and giving presentations, and you’ll be a competent user of Microsoft Office applications.
