Job Title: Commissioning & Monitoring Officer
Location: Stevenage, Farnham House (with requirement to travel and work across the county and remote working from home)
Salary Range: £35,745 Per annum progressing to £39,880 per annum
Hours: 37 per week (Flexible Working Arrangements Considered)

This is an exciting opportunity, within the Adult Care Services Strategic Partnerships Team, to support the County Council, and its key partners to develop and commission Housing Related Support services for adults with complex needs who are at risk of homelessness.
You will be able to demonstrate the necessary skills and expertise to develop and maintain strong links to the provider market and be able to involve stakeholders in service development. This role will work to implement and monitor the effectiveness of services commissioned to deliver preventative outcomes for adults at risk of homelessness and reducing the escalation of care and support needs.
With a background in homelessness and or supported housing being preferable you will play an integral part in shaping the direction of future commissioning intentions within the Strategic Partnerships Team. The role includes travel around the County.
