School Administrator

St Margaret Clitherow Catholic Primary School, a school within Frassati Catholic Academy Trust, require an Administrator, with responsibility for admissions and attendance, to start as soon as possible. We are seeking a highly motivated, self-reliant and welcoming individual to join our enthusiastic and committed administrative team, preferably with prior experience working in a busy school office environment.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Can offer high quality support as the first point of contact for pupils, parents, carers and visitors in person, on the telephone and by email.
  • Will provide a positive and customer-orientated reception service, first class administration and display a high level of organisation proficiency including good keyboard skills and data inputting.
  • Is able to maintain accurate records and provide reporting on all aspects of admissions and pupil attendance within school – training is available.
  • Enjoys undertaking a variety of tasks and bring a flexible and creative approach to their work
  • Is patient, persistent and has a positive attitude
  • Works well as part of a team

The successful candidate will join a committed team dedicated to pupil’s achievement and will be working within a friendly and lively school.
