We are looking for an Assistant Headteacher with specific responsibility for Nursery & Early Years join our Senior Leadership Team alongside Stuart Mycroft (our Executive Headteacher) and Emma Riley (our Federation Deputy Headteacher). 


The successful applicant will be:


An outstanding EYFS practitioner, actively researching and developing best practise, with a thorough knowledge of the latest EYFS curriculum and assessment expectations.

Committed to, and be able to evidence, raising standards and improving life chances for all children whatever their starting points.

A strategic thinker with a clear vision for the future development of our EYFS provision across The Unity Federation.

An inspiring leader and outstanding role model who is able to communicate clearly and inspire others.
