We are actively looking for someone who has care experience and is a Birmingham Care Leaver.
We have an exciting Care Leaver Apprenticeship Programme and a real opportunity for someone to get into the world of Business support work. Working within our Rights, Participation and Corporate Parenting team, we are looking for the right person who wants to develop skills to provide efficient, effective and consistent Business Support services that meet the needs of the business.
The Rights and Participation and Corporate parenting team aim to make a difference to the lives of children and young people within the Trust. Working within the team, you will be supporting the development and delivery of the Rights and Participation services for children and people.
In the role, we are looking for a dependable and passionate apprentice, to help operate and maintain administrative systems (e.g. monitoring, recording and processing of information) in a consistent and responsive manner.
You will be responsible for undertaking a range of clerical tasks, including support in meetings as required by the business, providing accurate file/data records and maintenance, the provision of notetaking as requested and the production and distribution of outputs in a timely manner.
In the role, you will need to undertake a Level 2 Business Administrator Apprenticeship and successfully complete level 2 qualifications in English and Maths if you don’t already have these.
