HR Employee Relations Caseworker (Fixed term contract for 1 year)

Grade: Grade 6

Salary: Starting from £35,451 to £39,728 per annum -  This salary is inclusive of a market supplement of £5,000, which is reviewed on an annual basis

Hours: 37 hours per week over Monday - Friday

Place of work: Worthing Town Hall/from home

Duties of the post:

In this time of change we are looking for a HR professional to join our friendly and supportive HR team. 

This role was put in place to provide a specialist HR advisory service to support managers with the effective management of a portfolio of Employee Relations Cases.

The successful candidate will need to have highly developed interpersonal skills in order to manage the resolution of workplace conflicts to achieve acceptable solutions by coaching managers through the various ER cases. 

We are looking for someone with extensive experience or working in a generalist HR role, involving a variety of employee relations cases and experience of coaching managers of all levels.
