A great opportunity for an enthusiastic self-motivated, flexible Senior Transformation Officer to join our forward-thinking Digital Services Team.

We are looking for the right person with a passion for raising standards, reputation, and exceeding customer expectations to join us on our next phase of our digital transformation journey.
Working on a day-to-day basis within the Digital Innovation and Delivery Team you will be responsible for developing the Council’s Website and Customer Relationship Management System, by designing and building new integrated online services and improving existing ones.
You will have the opportunity to engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including Heads of Services, Managers and Customers to understand and document service requirements.
Working across the Jadu Digital Platform you will develop intuitive online and assisted service forms which are accessible and easy to use. Through maximising the Council’s CRM system, you will automate workflows and customer service tasks whilst building a single view of our customers. Our customers will be at the heart of service design and build.
