An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Venue’s service for Kirklees Council in the role of a Training Officer. The role is based within the venues team which services include, School Catering, Cleaning, Caretaking, Bereavement Services, Town Halls, Community Buildings and Cliffe House. Within this role you will work closely with all of these services to develop training systems and training plans to meet the needs of the business.
There will be the opportunity to work closely with the wider council training and development teams on core projects linked to this role. The role will require you not only to plan but also deliver training to a diverse and dispersed workforce across Kirklees. There will also be the opportunity to work with commercial services to deliver training to schools via SLA’s linked to cleaning and caretaking.
