We are a registered Independent Fostering Agency. 

Achieving for Children is ever expanding especially through the fostering service, we offer a great training program for staff and carers. We are looking for enthusiastic, detail orientated people who can join our workforce and continue to support our growth and improvement. 

About the Role: 

We are looking for experienced Social Worker for our fostering team in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead at a time of exciting and positive change. 

The role offers a variety of caseholding; from fostering, connected carer and special guardianship assessments, to supporting approved foster carers and connected carers. There is a great opportunity to take part in all aspects of the fostering experience from recruitment, training, support groups and duty services. We have a strong emphasis on permanency planning for our children and young people, and work closely with the children teams to achieve best outcomes. Currently we are working in a hybrid system with some working from home, office-based working and community-based visiting.
