We’re looking for a temporary Campaigns Officer to join our communications team to help deliver a comprehensive service to communities, staff and stakeholders.
The role involves improving public safety and achieving other corporate objectives through campaigns, working alongside colleagues across the organisation and partners.
You’ll use data and insight to plan creative campaigns, use a mixture of channels to reach target audiences, evaluate results and ensure delivery on objectives.
Communicating during emergencies, media relations and supporting projects, events and consultations are all part of this varied role.
The successful candidate will be experienced in campaign planning, implementation and evaluation. This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave based at Service headquarters in Fulwood. It is a requirement of the post to provide an on-call communications service on a rota basis for which an additional allowance is paid. This requires of the post holder the ability to travel out of hours across Lancashire within a reasonable timescale.
