Here’s what one of our Team Leaders, Susan Bull says about her role:
“I have been a Team Leader with Birmingham Children’s Trust for 13 months. In that time, we have been getting to grips with Covid and getting used to a new way of working, while also supporting staff with the transition and ensuring that Trust policies and procedures were always followed. I have found the job to be both challenging and rewarding and I have learnt a lot of new skills and gained a lot of confidence, especially when dealing with HR issues.
On a day to day basis my main roles are to ensure tasks are completed within timeline, in line with KPI’s and that rotas are staffed accordingly to ensure that the business need is met. There are a lot of new skills that I have learnt since taking on the role of a Team Leader and I have attended a lot of training to expand my knowledge and give me the tools and confidence moving forward”.
You can call Susan on 07783 884493 or email her at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to hear more about what the job entails from someone who is undertaking it currently.
