Hertfordshire’s Intensive Family Support Team is a multi-agency service for families with multiple and complex needs such as poor school attendance, adult worklessness, anti-social behaviour/youth offending, mental health, substance misuse, domestic abuse and risk of homelessness. We work with families to empower them to achieve better outcomes and prevent the escalation of issues they face.

We are looking for an administrator, with an interest in this work to join our busy but supportive team.

This is a varied role which requires someone who is able to remain calm under pressure, has the confidence to liaise with multiple stakeholders and who is highly organised. The ability to work to deadlines and independently is essential. A true team player, you will support colleagues, as well as ensuring you manage your own workload.  The successful candidate will need to be confident with all Microsoft Office software, including Excel as well as having excellent verbal and written communication skills.

In return, this would be an ideal opportunity to utilise your administration skills and support the team in the work they do.
