We currently have permanent vacancies for Assistant Team Manager in our children single point of access team (CSPoA).
CSPoA is the first point of contact for our children’s social work service, and deals with all incoming contacts before re-directing to other teams or services.

About the role
This is a great career development opportunity where you will be able to lead a dedicated team to deliver a high-quality service in a specialized field.
Our Assistant Team Managers report directly to the Team Manager in their specific service and are responsible for the day to day operational running of their team. You will provide crucial direction and oversight in relation to cases and are responsible for high quality leadership. We are offering the opportunity to join a dynamic senior team who are committed to improving outcomes for children.
You will be able to successfully deliver the objectives of this role and lead a high performing and effective team
You will need to be a qualified social worker who is HCPC registered with at least three years substantial post qualification experience.
You will need to have some direct management experience within a statutory children’s social care service where you can demonstrate that you were able to effectively maximize the potential of others.
