Assistant Site Manager

Salary:                     £20,159 - £21,841 per annum plus £626pa Outer London Fringe

Reporting to:           Site Manager

Hours:                      37 hours per week 6.30am – 2.30pm, 52 weeks per year              

We are expanding our facilities department and are looking to recruit a full time Assistant Site Manager to join our team.

The position will work closely with the Site Manager to provide day-to-day facilities support which will include site maintenance, security and facilities management of both sites.

This will include the security and supervision of the site and related equipment, porterage, cleaning and maintenance in order to ensure that the academy provides a clean, safe and secure environment for its staff, students and visitors.

The successful candidate will need to enjoy working as part of a team and have a flexible approach to the changing demands of a busy academy. A trade skill would be an advantage.

King’s Academy Binfield (KAB) is a relatively new academy having opened in September 2018 with 120 in Year 7 and we are now growing year on year to a roll of over 1800 students, aged 3-18. The primary phase is both at KAB and King’s Academy Oakwood (KAO), a primary school a mile away, which opened in September 2019.
