Working as part of a team, you will deliver excellent customer service to library customers, ensuring all information, services and resources are available and promoted to members of the public.
The post holder will work as part of a team, to help make the resources of the library and information service available to all customers, including those at a disadvantage. They will be required to deliver a high level of customer service by assisting members of the public, delivering Library based events and supporting the Library Manager with outreach activities.
