Estate Services Team Leader

Runnymede Borough Council is an excellent performing landlord, we are an excellent performing landlord with a well regarded estate service and we are looking to expand this current service.

We are located to the west of London and our Borough is 86% Green Belt so it’s a very nice place to live and work.

To achieve our ongoing targets and aspiration to roll out our estate service across the borough we are looking to recruit a highly motivated professional to this role. You will be responsible for overseeing the estate services function and will report directly to the Senior Area Housing Manager for the south of the borough.

You will directly line manage three Estate Wardens to provide estate services and a mobile caretaking service. You will also have some level of estate service budget responsibility.

We are seeking a motivated, resilient, and flexible person to join our team.  You will need to have experience of working with tenants and dealing with a variety of estate services related issues as well as experience of line management and performance monitoring.
