Project Officer (Mersey Gateway Regeneration Plus)

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Halton to be part of the Town Centre Regeneration Team.

As a key member of the Borough’s Regeneration Team, the post holder will work closely with the Regeneration Manager to help lead and develop regeneration projects. The post-holder will act as the main contact for regeneration within a specific locality, developing the strategic vision for regeneration and developing and managing projects to bring social, economic, physical, and environmental impacts, in line with the council’s priorities.

About you

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced project manager, with demonstrable experience of delivering results to achieve sustainable change. 

Ideally you will need to demonstrate that you have understanding and experience of working to deliver small and large-scale regeneration projects and have worked in a project team moving from initial concepts, through feasibility, design and on to delivery.  You will have experience of identifying and securing public and private funding and will be confident working within a political environment where the development of positive stakeholder relationships is key to success.
