Social Worker

Job Title: Qualified Social Worker- Family Safeguarding, Assessment, Children Looked After
Locations: Hertford, Stevenage, Hemel Hempstead
Salary Range: £32,741 - £40,728 per annum depending on experience (this is including annual market forces payment and welcome payment) 
Newly qualified social workers will start at £31,741 per annum (including annual market forces payment)

Hours: 37 per week
Contract: Permanent

About You:

Carrying out assessments and developing plans to support children & families using leading edge practices to create effective solutions.

We are looking for experienced social workers who are confident to deliver good social work practice, with excellent written and verbal skills which is an skill-set for the role, as you are required to prepare and deliver welfare reports to conferences and court hearings.

Substantial knowledge of childcare legislation and experience of conducting assessments as well as presenting care plans to conferences and reviews,is key requirement for this role.

You must be passionate about working with families to achieve the best outcome and will be a competent and proactive team player to support the smooth running and working of the service.
