Teaching Assistant

The Governors of Dee Point Primary School wish to appoint a temporary full time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our hard working and passionate team. Our outstanding school needs an excellent practitioner to work with our Year 6 children. The post will be temporary until 31/8/22 in the first instance, but may to become permanent (this is determined by our use of Recovery Grant funding).

We are looking to appoint the very highest skilled, competent and committed person to fulfil the role as a HLTA in our outstanding school. The role would be to work in one of our Year 6 classes. The post has been advertised for a HLTA as the role would involve teaching the class during the teachers’ PPA time. The successful candidate would also be expected to plan and teach in the absence of the teacher with the support of teaching staff.
