You will experience a variety of different roles within the  People and Organisational development team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to further develop a career in Human resources while gaining a recognised qualification at level 3. You will also gain a good level and understanding of the workings within a local authority

We are looking for a dynamic, flexible person with a willingness to grow while taking responsibility for their learning and development.  Be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills with a desire to continue developing yourself and the service we provide.

The successful applicant will be part of a multidisciplinary team to assist with identifying, designing, and developing training presentations

You will be studying towards a Human Resource support level 3 qualification as part of your apprenticeship. You should expect around 20% of your time to be spent on this.

We are looking for individual who is enthusiastic about Human Resource and keen to learn and add to their existing skills set, you will learn about Human Resource delivery and process from start to finish.

The team leader will mentor and support you throughout the apprenticeship. Other team members will offer their support as well. Although there will obviously be an expectation that a lot of the role will be delivering work, as an apprentice we will allow you time for personal development and learning on the job. You will be given training and support in areas that need development.
