Building Control Administration Assistant (One year contract)

Salary:  Starting from £10,860 to £11,755 per annum

Grade: Grade 3

Hours: 20 per week (1pm to 5pm Monday to Friday), Part time

Place of work: Based at Portland House, 44 Richmond Road, Worthing, West Sussex with the opportunity of some home working.

Duties of the post:

We have a fantastic opportunity to work in an interesting part of Adur & Worthing councils Planning department.  

Working closely with a small, friendly team you will be supporting the Building Control and planning team with a variety of administrative duties.  Regular tasks will be necessary to ensure a smooth service offered by the team which include creating letters, reports, filing, photocopying, archiving and updating data on various IT systems. Attention to detail and accuracy will be essential for this role together with some experience of working in a similar office environment.
