Are you flexible, able to work independently and have the ability to thrive under pressure? We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to fulfil a varied and challenging role within the Housing Department.
We are a busy Department with a dedicated system for managing tenancies, repairs, applications and rent accounting. This role is key to ensuring our financial activity is accurate and you will need to be confident working with figures, have strong Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to use a variety of IT tools to extract and analyse data. The post holder would also need to be self-motivated, both proactive and reactive, whilst dealing with the financial issues relating to the rent accounts and general management of the housing system.
You may have a housing background however we also welcome candidates with the relevant transferable skills. If you are accurate, organised and are confident using IT systems we will provide you with the training for this role.
