Hybrid location: Working from home, on site and our office in Farringdon, London.
Salary £37,520 to £69,450 per annum (depending on skills and experience) plus car allowance of £4609 per annum based on mileage.

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us in our new role of Technical Quality Manager, supporting us in our strategic priority to build the right homes, in the right places for our customers.
In this brilliant role, you’ll manage the quality of our new build homes during the construction phase, providing expert technical advice to our Development & Delivery colleagues and contract partners on all aspects of design and technical specifications. From signing off technical G3 drawings, attending pre-construction sites meetings through to managing the handover process, you’ll be ensuring that an excellent offer for our customers and communities always lies at the heart of delivery.
This is a fantastic opportunity to really make your mark, supporting us in the delivery of our new-homes development programme for the Southern Region. You’ll be enabling the delivery of our mixed tenure schemes with minimal defects, on time and to budget.
You’ll report to Andrew our Head of Technical who was born and bred in Manchester but has lived in London for over 20 years and still cannot quite believe it doesn’t rain here every day! He’s passionate about delivering quality homes for our customers through brilliant design quality, on time and to budget.

A bit about you
It goes without saying that you’ll have significant experience within the housing sector (whether that’s with a residential developer or contractor), delivering high quality new homes across multiple sites. You’ll be a technical expert in housebuilding regulations and standards as well as Health and Safety regulations to ensure safe sites. You’ll be resilient in overcoming any challenges that might be faced during the construction phase and have a fantastic track record in the technical delivery of complex mixed-tenure sites of significant scale.
You’ll be required to work across our sites so will have a full current driving and access to a vehicle insured for work. This a hybrid working role, working across our sites, from our office in London and from home too.
