Job Introduction

NHG Care and Support (C&S) aspires to be the leading provider of supported housing services. We are looking for a Leasehold Officer who will take responsibility for the management of older peoples' shared ownership (OPSO) schemes in Kilburn and Ealing. As the principal point of contact for these services, you will be key to upholding NHG’s reputation and helping us achieve our aspirations.

Role Responsibilities

As the Leasehold Officer, you will be responsible for the collection of service charges, reporting and overseeing the satisfactory completion of repairs, ensure the prompt and satisfactory resolution of health & safety issues, and support the wellbeing of residents. You will assist with the sale of properties and welcome new leaseholders to services, ensuring they understand their commitments as set out in the terms of the lease. As part of a wider team, you will be required to work collaboratively with colleagues in order to meet the needs and demands of the business.

The Ideal Candidate

This is a demanding but rewarding role with the scope to tailor services to meet the individual needs of those who live in our services. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a customer focused environment, and be able to manage competing demands. Ability to work independently is also a key requirement for this position, as is good communication and IT skills.
