Customer Experience Manager

Eastbourne’s Devonshire Quarter has undergone significant investment, the site  comprises of the Congress Theatre, Devonshire Park Theatre, Winter Garden and the newly built Welcome Building. We have a fantastic suite of linked venues, creating versatile space for events, conferences and performances.

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to work at the Devonshire Quarter in Eastbourne. You will have excellent customer service experience and a demonstrable high performing background in exceeding customer expectations. You will be a self driven quick thinker who is organised and able to prioritise their own workload. You will have previous experience of working within busy entertainment venues and have excellent communication skills. If this sounds like you we would like to hear from you.
