Eastbourne’s Devonshire Quarter has undergone significant investment, the site  comprises of the Congress Theatre, Devonshire Park Theatre, Winter Garden and the newly built Welcome Building. We have a fantastic suite of linked venues, creating versatile space for events, conferences and performances.

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Facilities Manager to work at the Devonshire Quarter in Eastbourne. You will have significant experience of commercial building management and health and safety and will be a self driven quick thinker who is organised and able to prioritise their own workload. You will have experience of managing a planned maintenance programme, delivering all statutory compliance and risk management. As an experienced manager of staff you will know how to motivate and support your staff to ensure excellent customer service to our patrons.
