Job Title: Customer Account Manager
Location: Mobile/ No Fixed location Hertfordshire & Surround (Home Counties)
Salary Range: £25,927 progressing to £28,226 per annum (pro rata for part-time)
Hours: 37 per week
Contract: Permanent, Term Time +3 weeks equals to 41 weeks per year

Herts FullStop, a trading division of Hertfordshire County Council, was established in 1954 and is built on the premise of being a supermarket for educational establishments specialising in soft FM services and educational resources. Our vision is to enable schools to deliver an education every child deserves and continually satisfy our customers through delivering educational services and resources that teachers trust, purchasers’ value and that brings quality to life.

Herts FullStop has over 60 years experience of supplying goods and services to educational establishments. Our catalogue service has over 18,500 products which are delivered to customers across the country.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Account Manager to join us and to manage a territory and group of customers whilst achieving company objectives and delivering excellent customer service. You will have strong business acumen and solid negotiating skills and be able to work on your own initiative.

You will be reporting to Customer Account Team Leader, providing account progress updates, business intelligence and support.  This role is strategical and requires extensive knowledge of the educational market including, but not limited to stationary, cleaning and curriculum based products.  You will also have a good understanding of ICT and a willingness to learn new systems.
