Salary range: £44,628 - £47,661 p.a. inc.

Location: Civic centre and other locations from time to time

The commissioning, contracting and market management, Residential and Nursing team work with a number of care homes across different user groups.

We are looking for a Market Oversight Manager to join us in the team. You are required to have good knowledge and experience of working with adults within care homes, collaborative commissioning and working with potential providers to consider innovative ways that services can be delivered. Understanding the Definition of Market Shaping, Commissioning Procurement and Contracting.

The role will require you to engage with stakeholders that reflect the range and diversity of communities and the range of needs experienced by people in its area.

You will work with partners to design, implement and manage projects that will improve the range of services available whilst ensuring that services developed, commissioned or procured are cost effective, efficient and designed to deliver good outcomes.

You will join a busy large, lively and dynamic team so the ability to work as part of a team and support other colleagues is required. The team has a varied function overall and the ability to think differently, creatively and have a “can do” attitude to work is desirable.  

The Person

Do you have Commissioning experience. ? We are looking for someone to join our Residential and Nursing Team who has knowledge of the principles and cycle of Commissioning.

You need to be a good communicator and information gatherer, and support and engage with a number of Care home providers. You will also need excellent report writing skills.

We are looking for someone to join us  with a can do attitude who wants to gain different experiences and knowledge in commissioning and working with care homes.
