Class Teacher with PE Responsibilities

Required from 1st September 2022

Would you like to work in a school with motivated and happy children, high staff morale and a commitment to professional development?

Drew Primary is a popular and successful primary school in London with an innovative curriculum, inspirational teaching and children with good behaviour and positive attitudes to learning.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic teacher to join our team and help deliver our PE curriculum.  We are looking for an ambitious, inspiring professional with the skills, drive and determination to help ensure that all our pupils are able to thrive.

The school can offer:

  • The opportunity to work with motivated children, who are keen to develop their own learning
  • Highly committed, forward thinking and reflective colleagues
  • Supportive and engaged parents and governors
  • Excellent opportunities for professional development
  • Opportunities to work in partnership with other schools

A comprehensive, individualised induction programme is offered to all new teachers.  We will take the successful candidates' experience into account when deciding which year group they will be based.

We are proud to be a part of The Learning in Harmony Trust: a forward-thinking, progressive family of academies that places the wellbeing of our staff and pupils at the forefront of everything we do.

We strive for every staff member to be happy and fulfilled in their careers, whilst having access to first-class support, a great package of benefits and tailored professional development opportunities.

Visits from prospective candidates are encouraged.  Please call the school office or email  to book an appointment to view our school.  Information about our school and the curriculum are available on our website

Please note, we reserve the right to close or extend this position depending on application numbers. Therefore we would urge candidates to submit an application as soon as possible.

Applications from ECTs are very welcome
