Ticketing and Sales Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative person with ticketing system experience who is committed to delivering commercial success, a positive customer experience, and ongoing system development. If you are excited by the challenge of working in Culture and have an interest in ticketing, an aptitude for working with different software systems, and are keen to work in a creative cultural team then come and join us.

This dynamic role will be instrumental in providing ticketing and sales support across the culture portfolio of services at Tunbridge Wells Borough Council. Working alongside the marketing team you will administer our ticketing system, websites, and various other systems, and work with the marketing team to provide accurate reporting, data analysis and to develop creative approaches to maximising ticket sales and attendances at all TWBC venues. The role will also work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager in terms of managing and developing our systems.

There will be occasional weekend and evening working.
