Operations Administration Support Officer

An opportunity has arisen within our In-House Repairs section for a positive and driven Operations Administration Support Officer to join our fast-paced team of Housing Repairs Staff and Operatives.

We require a new member to join our team to provide quick and helpful responses to customer and operational needs. We are a group of team players; being enthusiastic and committed to delivering a great service is essential.

You will be keen to develop your existing skills in customer service and administration within a busy team.

As a proactive and self-motivated person, you will be able to use your advanced organisational skills to manage workloads for basic repairs bookings for repairs operatives, including scheduling and monitoring of diaries for larger works.

You will be ensuring a smooth running of day-to-day appointments and ensuring emergency and urgent repairs are scheduled, as necessary. 

Drawing on your proven experience of dealing with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner, you will provide support for various existing job queries and a reactive response for our Helpdesk and other departments as required. This will include liaising with suppliers for various orders and material updates.  

Your activities will also include being a super user of our new in-house software Accuserv and our existing housing platform Orchard Housing and championing the up to date and accurate housekeeping checks. You will also learn the basic processes for the maintenance requests on our new handheld devices and mobile app.
