Head of People Relations and Wellbeing

We are looking for an experienced employee relations specialist to lead a team which will support the organisation to embed a more value’s based, person-centred and resolution focused approach to how we manage all areas of employee relations case work. The team will be key in the development of our people managers and people practitioners.

The Head will also be responsible for policy development and employee wellbeing, creating a proactive wellbeing offer to support the physical and mental health of our colleagues.

This is an exciting time to be joining the team, and play a key role in the shaping of our new service provision to the rest of the business. The role will be based in our newly renovated Westminster Bridge Road office (Waterloo), with the option for hybrid working
