Sales Support Executive

A fantastic opportunity has opened at JGP for you to join our Recruitment Solutions team as Sales Support Executive!

After an exciting year of growth we’re looking for someone to provide a link between the Sales team and the Marketing & Support functions of JGP. As this is a brand new role, you’ll have the chance to really shape it and make it your own.

The role

As Sales Support Executive your main responsibility will be supporting the Sales team in sourcing new leads and building relationships with existing clients, providing an excellent customer experience. You will also carry out key account management tasks, managing and maintaining records in our CRM (Hubspot).

Additionally, as a liaison between the Sales and Marketing functions you will monitor recruitment performance, keep up to date with current market trends and use this knowledge to support the ongoing development of an effective sales strategy.

About you

This role is ideal for you if you’re a confident communicator, with the ability to develop strong relationships and network with clients. You’ll be self-motivated and goal-oriented, and be comfortable analysing data and feeding back to the Sales team. 

To be successful as Sales Support Executive, you’ll need experience working within a B2B environment, with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent customer experience. Knowledge of the recruitment marketplace and the CRM platform Hubspot is advantageous but not essential.

This is a hybrid role combining home working with weekly/fortnightly attendance to our London office (Holborn). Applicants should consider the need to travel to Holborn once a week as a requirement of this role (Our team office day is currently a Thursday but this could be subject to change at any time).
