Summary

We're looking for a passionate and self-motivated Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development of our sales website, CRM solutions and marketing automation.

If you're a successful marketing professional looking to lead a team who are committed to delivering a great service to our customers and colleagues, then this is the role for you. This post is key to help evolve and shape NHG Sales' online market presence.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head and Marketing and Digital, you'll be responsible for a team of three, developing digital marketing strategies to improve customer experience and maximise conversions through digital channels, including but not limited to website, SEO, content marketing, social media and email marketing.

Collaboration is central to your success in this role. Your ability to market internally and build great relationships with colleagues in sales, customer relations, development, communications as well as with external suppliers and partners will help you to deliver integrated, successful sales and marketing strategies that deliver a great customer experience.

This role will see you manage customer facing digital marketing activity and developing the self-service customer journey, ensuring a consistent and efficient process and maximising qualified lead conversion.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone to encourage creative thinking within the team and to consistently deliver high standards and achieve required commercial performance targets. An understanding of the importance of branding is essential to this role.

The role holder will drive and deliver an exceptional user experience, create and publish high-quality content, which is synergised across our channels, including (but not limited to) our sales website, development microsites, third party portals, social media channels, display and PPC advertising and advertorials and understand its performance and how to continually improve to help achieve and exceed targets and improve our return on investment.
