Senior Youth Development Worker

Medway Council Youth Service is recruiting for a Senior Youth Development Worker (JNC qualified) to develop and oversee Youth Work provision within a Geographical Area of Medway. This is an exciting opportunity to design, develop and manage youth work resources, as well as manage a team of likeminded and passionate youth workers, keen to build upon the local offer to young people across a wide range of settings.

The successful candidate will work within the senior youth work team and will be encouraged to bring innovation and experience to Medway Youth Service.
