The Post
 
We are currently looking for a full time Leisure Assistant. The role is crucial to the centre's success and you will be the first point of contact to answer exercise questions from our fitness suite users.
The main responsibilities will include gym instruction, writing exercise programmes and conducting various one-to-one appointments, coaching group exercise classes and face to face customer interaction duties will apply.
 
The Person
 
You will need to be flexible, reliable and passionate about member needs and will be able to help, advise and train members to achieve individual exercise goals. You will need to be proactive and outgoing to communicate with members and develop a professional relationship.
 
A minimum of a level 2 fitness instructing certificate and previous experience is preferable. A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills are a must, as well a the ability to work as part of a committed team.
