Starting salary £22,335pa with potential progression to £24,174pa on achieving designated skills and experience

Are you looking for a new, varied role, support administrative and procedual support to customers - this could be the role for you. You will take in administrative lead in processing licences for Houses in Multiple Occupation in the Borough.

You will be the first point of contact to provide a customer focused and high quality administration service to support the Licencing team to deliver an efficient and effective service. You will be responsible for administering and issuing HMO licences and maintaining records on our database and Public Register.
It is essential you have excellent administrative skills and experience to be successful in this role. You will need to have great customer service skills, be good at prioritising your work to meet deadlines but also flexible to meet the needs of the service and our customers. You must therefore have experience of working a busy office dealing with customer enquiries. You will need excellent MS Office skills and ideally have experience of raising and processing orders and invoices on a financial management system.
The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.
