£32,000 - £34,000 FTE per annum, inclusive of car allowance (subject to having a UK driving licence/ own car for business use)

The role: Working with other Growth and Development team members, you will project manage a portfolio of development projects in accordance with agreed development procedures and guidelines. You will ensure they are delivered to agreed targets, timescales, costs and quality. You will focus on development opportunities within Mount Green’s current stock as well as supporting new build development projects.

This is an exciting time to become a Growth and Development team member as you will be able to grow within this role by playing your part in the development of our post 2024 plan. It’s all about making our current Development Plan work for today whilst collaborating with others to design Mount Green’s work for tomorrow (post 2024!).
