The Role: Working with other Growth and Development team members, you will effectively manage a core portfolio of development projects in accordance with development procedures and guidelines. You will ensure the projects are delivered to agreed targets, timescales, costs and quality. In addition, you will help procure development projects and look for opportunities within Mount Green’s current stock portfolio.
This is an exciting time to become a Growth and Development team member as you will be able to grow within this role by engaging in the development of our post 2024 plan. It’s all about making our current Development Plan work for today whilst collaborating with others to design Mount Green’s work for tomorrow (post 2024!).
