The role is responsible for providing leadership and management of the Finance function. Reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Services, and acting as Deputy Section 151 officer, the role will contribute to the delivery of the Services strategic goals by shaping and delivering the Financial Services agenda, through departmental strategies and plans, as well as contributing to the overall strategic goals of the Service.
In order to fulfil the role you will hold full CCAB membership, have experience of managing and leading a team and working effectively in a complex Finance environment. You will also have extensive experience of budget setting and management, and of producing Statutory Accounts.
