We are looking for someone to be part of our small, dedicated and caring frontline team providing the highest level of customer service to bereaved families, visitors and stakeholders. We have a vacancy of 2 days per week to assist us at the busiest time of our week (Thursdays and Fridays)
Our bereavement team are responsible for liaising with funeral directors, officiants, and families to ensure the accurate, professional and respectful handling of the deceased. Excellent attention to detail is a must to ensure the correct handling of cremation papers.
Working in a sensitive and sometimes challenging environment, you must be a team player, well organised, have excellent communication skills with the ability to work with the public in a sensitive and empathetic way. Good IT skills and the ability to be flexible to the challenging demands of the work are essential.
