Business Development Officer

**12 month Fixed Term Contract**

The Business Development Officer is a role which provides an opportunity for the successful candidate to provide support to the technical and administrative support to the Building Control Service, which is currently being delivered by Elmbridge Building Control, while enhancing Epsom & Ewell Borough, the Council, and their own professional portfolio.

We are seeking a person to enable this organisation to contribute to the achievement of the Council’s corporate vision, behaviours and priorities and the development of the Council’s positive high perming culture.

The focus of this role is to provide support to the technical and administrative support to the Building Control Service.

The ideal candidate will have administrative experiencing in Building Control and/or Planning although training will be given to the right candidate.
