Customer Experience Assistant

In this role you will be the first point of contact for residents contacting Mount Green and to ensure that residents’ queries are dealt with promptly and effectively. You will support the Customer Experience Coordinators by carrying out a range of administrative functions including mailouts, surveying residents, dealing with formal complaints, and providing general office support.
