The HR Services team is looking for an experienced and appropriately qualified Assistant HR Officer to oversee the Recruitment Team. This post is fixed term until 31st December 2022 pending a HR structure review.
This role will involve you working alongside services to support their recruitment needs. You will be responsible supporting services to develop appropriate recruitment and retention campaigns, provide advice on recruitment processes e.g. visas and work on recruitment related projects.
You should have HR experience (preferably in recruitment), a can-do attitude with the ability to work in a high volume, high turnover environment and have a level 3 CIPD qualification.
You must be able to work on your own initiative with the confidence to attend meetings and briefings, delivering information and guidance to recruiting managers. You will need excellent communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines and enjoy working as part of a busy team.
We are ideally looking to offer the successful candidate the full number of hours advertised above. We may however consider offering less hours than advertised providing they meet the requirements of the role and service which will be determined by the recruiting manager
