Client Liaison Officer/Client Support Officer

Client Support Officer (Housing Services)

Fixed Term Contract – 2 years.

Hybrid Working Applicable for this role (a mixture of home and office based working)


We have an exciting opportunity to join our Adaptations Team within Housing Services. We are looking for someone who can liaise with range of customers completing application forms and documentation. The role will ensure a smooth progress of DFG (Disabled Facilities Grant) applications and work with departments/organisations to ensure clients and customers receive the best support and advice possible and are kept informed of the progress of their application.

The ideal candidate will need will understand the importance of Customer Care and have experience working within a customer focused team. You will be able to deal with clients face to face, by phone and via email. Having a good track record of completing tasks efficiently, accurately and meeting tight deadlines are also essential for this role.

 Interviews anticipated end of June 2022 and will be held remotely.
