The Bi-Borough Libraries and Archives Service at Kensington and Chelsea is an exceptional place in which to develop your career. Working with our partners at Westminster City Council, we hold the shared ambition of helping every member of our community Read, Learn and Connect. This purpose underpins all that we do, as equality in society can be enhanced and driven by helping people develop a love of learning and improving their literacy, knowledge and skills. Furthermore, this service allows people to connect – and in the current climate, that has never been more important.
