We have a brilliant job opportunity for you to join us as a Statutory Sales Executive. Our Statutory Sales and Resales team help our customers achieve their home ownership goals.

We’re based at our Head Office in Newcastle upon Tyne and our London office, but we look after all customers across the country! Your task will be to meet (and exceed!) our sales income and targets.

You’ll give our current and potential customers a fantastic customer focused experience, which promotes our home ownership services all the way!

About you

You’ll know your resales from your staircasing and statutory sales and be able to deal with them from start to finish! You’re a real people person with superb customer service and interpersonal skills.

As our Statutory Sales Executive, you’ll be comfortable working with digital marketing media and love to use your excellent IT skills to benefit all. What you don’t know now, you’ll soon pick up with your great ability to learn! 

To make sure our customers are well supported, it’s important that you’ve had a job in a property sales and marketing environment before and thrive on using your marketing and sales techniques. Don’t worry, we won’t drop you in the deep end, we’ll help to you understand how things work at Home Group.

We offer hybrid working so you’ll be based in the office and from home. Our team come together approximately 2 days per month, where you’ll join us and possibly be away overnight.
