We are constantly looking for better ways to deliver legal services and we hope you will want to be part of this exciting challenge.

About the Job

We are looking for two Legal Officers to join our Property and Regeneration Team.

Your role will be to assist Lawyers and Senior Lawyers in the provision of high quality, solution focused legal work to clients in different organisations. You will provide legal and administrative support across the area of Property and carry your own caseload of conveyancing work in relation to our clients’ housing (including right to buy) and commercial property portfolios.

The team is based in stunning modern offices in the Royal Docks overlooking London City Airport, directly next to public transport to central, north, east and south east of London and neighbouring home counties.  From time to time our officers are required to travel to client offices within London Boroughs of Newham and Havering. We are at present largely working from home and have suitable technology, hardware and support made available to all staff.

About You

You will hold a legal qualification up to degree level or have relevant equivalent work experience in a legal practice relating to Property. Local Government experience is desirable.

You will be a team player, highly motivated and resilient. You will be confident, able to act independently and use your initiative when appropriate to ensure client’s interests are protected.
